Sharp Pain In Penis, Done Enlargement Exercise, Having Frequent Urination Or Unable To Urinate. What To Do?

I used to do enlargement exercise I saw online for few weeks before I stopped. I woke up few weeks ago to urinate,while I was urinating,I tried to rush it in order to go back to bed. Immediately I felt a sharp stop and it was as if I was not urinating before. I felt something was wrong. I tried to urinate again but could not untill after few munites. I went to shower that night to see if I could urinate freely but I started to feel cold from inside but was ok after an hour. Since then,at times I urinate more often,at times I don't. I had sex after then and it was good but at time I feel sharp pain in my penis.

Before I used to free my penis is not free but now is more free.

This is was happened to me a week ago so.I don't really know what question to ask,but am disturbed. What should I do or not do?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed flimsy stricture of the urethra (Narrowing of Urethral passage)secondary to injury to your urethra while doing penile enlargement exercises.However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination and radiological investigation like Retrograde Cysto Urethrogram.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and further treatment .If it is confirmed you may need to undergo endoscopic surgery of Optical Internal Urethrotomy to dilate your your urethra.
