Sharp Pain Around Right Ear, Sensitive To Touch. Have Poison Ivy, Shingles. Possible Reason?

Hello Dr., I've had sharp pain around my right ear, and my ear itself is sensitive to touch. Could it be caused by a current case of poison ivy that I have, or perhaps a case of shingles developing. I have poison ivy (I hope on my neck), but bigger bumps on my neckilne scalp area? I have had shingles before, but only on my butt cheek. Thank you.

Hi, it appears to be the eruption in the external ear cause may be bacterial infection, may or maynot be secondary to the above said conditions.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon as early as possible, to prevent the cellulitis. Thank you.
