Shaking Sensation In Head, Worse While Lying Down, Tight Neck Muscles. History Of Migraines. Recommendations?
On and off since March I have been experiencing a thumping/shaking sensation in my head. It gets worse when I lay down and keeps me from falling asleep. The muscles in my neck feel a little tense too. I have a history of migraines and back in March my doctor suggested Botox to help with decreasing the number of migraines I get each month. I'm not sure if this is serious or not or if I should be worried. Whenever I get the thumping/shaking sensation in my head I sometimes feel dizzy and weird in my head and really out of it.
