Shaking Hands While Writing, Numb Hands On Paper Without Moving, Difficulty To Sign, Nervous. What Could Be The Problem?

Hi am Julius, sence 1994 i have being experiencing difficulty in writing, each time i pick up a pen to write i realise that my hand will start to shake. some times my hand just remian on the paper without moving, this has lead to serious fear and shame, becuase when ever i just thing of writing i start to panic becuase i know i am going to mess up the paper, i can not even sign my own name. two i become too shame and nevuos. what is the problam with me?

Hi, it appears to be the functional problem due to anxiety, neurosis, anemia, gasric irritation etc.
As you describe it appears to cross the normal limits. So i advise you to consult a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
