Question: I have constant uncontrollable thoughts and songs in my head and I can't stop them. What is it and what can I do?

This problem of uncontrollable thoughts and songs is a form of Obsessive compulsive neurosis. You have pure obsessions in the form of thoughts and songs. The more you try to stop these, the more they will irritate you.

Simply way is to try not to give importance to these thoughts. Try not to stop them but to let them pass through your mind. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
