Shadow In The Lumbar Region During X-ray. What Could This Be?

My daughter had xrays at a chiropractor and they noticed something and she was sent to a radiology lab for a better xray. All we have been told so far is that he saw a shadow in the lumbar region and he would be consulting a doctor for his opinion. We have not actually seen the xray and I of course worry. What are the possibilities?

If they are radio opaque shadows---

This may mean stone in the urinary tract or
Calcification of the lymph nodes.
Only a good view at the film can answer---
