Dear Doctors,
I am getting severe pain and numbness in the Right Hand.
Numbness is existing from the Elbow (V shape in the hand) till the end points of the fingers.
At times entire right palm is becoming very cold and movement of the 5 fingers is becoming slow and sensitive.
My daily Job is with Laptop/Computer and Smart Phones. So my Entire work will be with Mouse, Keybord, Smart Phones (Finger Touch usase).
Can you please help me to identify what's the Problem with my Right hand ?
And also Please suggest me any remedies/Exercises for this to get cured ..
