Severe Pain, Increased With Walking And Standing, Unable To Sleep. History Of Break In L1 , Followed By L2. Help

hi i first broke my L1 in 91 and then broke my L2 in 09 i now wake up in pain everyday i have pain through out the day that increases after walking or standing for periods of time i also cant sleep for more then 2 to 3 hrs at which point i have to roll over after my first break i was able to get back to my normal life but after the second break i am still in pain please help could the break have caused further damage somewhere

Hi, after 8 years you had second fracture, means it must be due to the injury, also there might be osteoporosis, defeciency of the calcium, or there may be some disease like tuberculosis.
I to my patient with such pains prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, along with antiinflamatories when ever there is pain.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
