Severe Pain In Lower Back, entire Legs

My father is suffering from severe pain in the lower back and entire leg (both legs). Family physician asked us to Get MRI Scan of LS Spineand of Right Hip Joint . MRI report of right HIP joint is Normal. MRI scan report of LS spine had the following conclusion: 1) Grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebral body with defect in the bilateral pars interarticularis and pseudobulging of the L5-S1 intervertebral disc , impinging the existing L5 nerve root and abutting the transversing S1 nerve roots bilaterally. 2) Changes of infective spondylo-diskitis involving the L4,L5 vertebral body and the intervening L4-L5 intervertebral disc with prevertebral and paravertebral soft tissue collection predominently on the right side along the illio-psoas muscles. This is most likely to represent changes due to Pott s spine.
