sir, myself manivannan 30years old from tamilnadu past seven years im having severe pain,burning sensation in nerve , i consulted many hospitals like cmc vellore etc they took all the tests and found ok now im in critical situation i cant lift even weight of one kg ,cant able to sleep,cant able to walk, stand (that much pain in my foot fingers) etc, pls help me to over come this problem.

Hello manivannan,
You have pain and burning sensation in both side toes or only single side?? If it is single side it could be a case of subcalcaneal bursitis/ heel pad pain syndrome/ plantar fascitis This can only be relieved by cro massage, followed by DTFM, then some hot fomentation/ Faradic foot bath, stretching of plantar fascia and then pulsed ultrasound. These treatments will be available only at a physiotherapy establishment. If it is both side then it could be a case of neuritis/ neuropathy. For this some nerve vitamin tablets might be helpful. Always better to get a consultation fro a Physiotherapist specialized in neurology.. wish you a good health soon.....
