Severe Pain And Tightness In The Upper Right Arm. Swollen Fingers And Bruising. Why?

Early every morning I am awakened by a severe pain in my upper right arm as if someone is squeezing it very hard. The pain travels down my arm and my hand and fingers get numb and swollen, sometimes turning a darker color. Then constant tingling in my fingers and hand. Started once in awhile a couple of years ago, but now it happens every morning.
