Severe Pain And Pressure On Face, Ear, Neck And Jaw, Thyroiditis, Sinus Infection. On Antibiotics. Why Do I Have High Temperature?

I have been ahving severe pain and pressure on te right side of my face, ear/teeth/jaw/neck for a couple weeks now. I took a 5 day pack of antibiotic that SEEMED to lessen the pain but on the last day it was still pretty bad and has since gone right back to the begining. I am 90% sure it is my ea and not a tooth bc while all of my teeth are hurting on that side i am able to bute down and eat and nothing is remarkably painful like i imagine it would be to cause this sort of severe pain. Also i have had on and off heard/nose congestion and my other ear is a bit bothered and i have a history of chronic ear and sinus infections. I have lupus and hashimotos thyroiditis but i am without health insurance since i moved cross country and havent found a job yet. My temp was 97.4 yesterday though i am usually high 97 due to my thyroid im assuming but today i took it a few times and it is 94.3. I did take morein bedore bed for the pain dont know if that could lower my temp or if i should be concerned about how low it is and any correlation between the temp and this severe ear ache.

Greetings of the day

Severe ear ache could be possibly be due to eustachian tube blockade. If the temperature is not unduly elevated then there is no cause of concern. Taking steam inhalation will be helpful. Consult ENT SURGEON if the symptoms persists.

Take care
