Severe Melanosis, Was Using Herbal Laxatives Containing Cascara. Colonoscopy Done. Any Recommendations?
I have just had a colonoscopy and was told there was severe melanosis as I was using herbal laxatives for about 2 years containing cascara, I now have stopped and would like to know if eventually I can improve my colon health by not taking it anymore eating healthy (which I do only vegetables, fruits and some proteins) and hopefully improve the condition....thank you so much
