Severe Headache, Fluid Filled Lump On The Neck, Back Pain. MRI, CAT Scan And EKG Normal. Any Help?

Hi I am a 25 year old female and for the past 3 months I've been having non stop head aches. Nothing helps the pain. I have a lump of fluid in the middle of my neck. Doesn't feel like my swollen lymph node off to the right side of neck. My back is always hurting but pain always starts in neck then head and back. It also causes shooting pains through hands, arms, and legs. Pain in chest all day as well. I had MRI on c spine but no results. Had cat scan and EKG, all came back negative. I am sometimes afraid to sleep feeling like I won't wake up. I don't know how constant nightmares fit into all this but never had them until 3 months ago. Pain in eyes and throat as well. Please help. I've also been seeing neurologist who I've been seeing for a month and he scares me because he forgets me everytime I come in. Please help if u can. I feel as though in having anxiety attacks which is caused by the pain in my body.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
It is unfortunate that you are suffering from widespread pain for more than three months.
Since your MRI of spine and brain are normal, it rules out any serious neurological disease.
Medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin would be useful.
For anxiety attacks, please consult a psychiatrist.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
