What Causes Severe Headache After Sex?
My husband developed dull headache after flying got much worse after sex. Still has almost constant headache after 4 wks. Cat scan clear. Occasional tiny amount of blood in mouth. Pain in forehead an back of neck. Sinuses were swollen bt no face pain , runny or blocked nose. Taking pain killers.

If you have history of migraine in past then may be it is related to that due to vasodilation of blood vessels.
It can be prevented with medicines like propranalol before sex . If it occurs repeatedly then medicine is advisable.
Medicines like combination of diclofenac and paracetamol can help you to reduce pain. It can be taken as and when require.
