Severe Headache After Being Exposed To Sunlight. Reason?

I get terrible ( very severe, like a needle piercing through the skull ) headache , I believe it is after being exposed to sunlight. It is usually behind and around my left ear. And it spreads all the way at the center right behind my head. And even when not out in sunlight, sometimes I do get this similar severe pain, but then it is usually only behind my head at the center spreading to top. And finally it ends right at the center of my forehead . I have no idea about what I should do. Please help me.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

your headache worsening with sunlight can be either due to probable migraine or due to structural lesion in brain

Hence you should consult neurologist for clinical examination .

You also require CT scan brain to rule out structural lesion

Further plan of treatment depends on clinical examination.

Hope this will help you
