Severe Headache. Taking Medication, No Relief. MRI Done. Remedy?

yes , ihave a male friend mid thirties that has began having severe headaches (abt 3 weeks now). it is mostly concentrated on his left side he has seen doctors and had an mri done and also have been taking medication prescribed by the doctor for the full 3 weeks with no relief. he said that when hes at work he doesn't hurt as bad but once he gets home here they come. oh and he said the doctor noticed he has some sinus issues but that's all

Hi, as the doctors are telling that the head ache is mostly due to the sinusitis. It needs to be treated by antral wash, and treatment, by an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
But as it is present only when he is at home there is some psychological factor as well, that is to be hilighted to the doctor. Thank you.
