Severe Diarrhea, Weakness, Nausea. Red Dots On Bottom Of Eyes. History Of Food Poisoning With Vomiting And Taking Arithromycin. Suggest

Hi I got food poisoning in thailand and took co arithromycin (believe thats the name ) 500mg for 3 days.
I started to feel better yesterday (its day 4 ) and today I got a major case of diarreha - all liquid. trying to stay hydrated but feeling very weak and nauseous. I noticed two red dots in the exact same spot on the bottom of each eye. do you know what this could possibly be from ? they are close to the corner of the eye towards my tear duct. I was vomiting a lot on the first day with very bad cramping and the diarreha has been non stop.

Good afternoon
You have suffering from side effects of azithromycin.
Continue taking a lot of fluids and oral rehydration salts plus some food.
If you are still weak after taking fluids, then see doctor.
