Severe Cramping Near Navel. Had Diarrhea And Nausea. Reason?

I had severe cramping just above and below my navel and slightly to the left 2 nights ago. I had diarrhoea initially but now just nauseas as i have not been to the toilet since.
Although the cramping is not as bad the same area is so sensitive to touch, it seems to be affected when i do anything physical and / or eat.

hi there, your symptoms are suggestive of entritis or inflammation of the bowel, which could have been caused due to infection caused as a result of eating or drinking contaminated food items.Get your stool examined for bacteria or ova & cyst for amoebiasis. Accordingly treatment canbe given. For symptomatic relief you can take anti-spasmodics and some probiotic tablets. Drink plenty of fluids and avoid taking prepacked or ready to eat. Try and eat freshly prepared meals as far as possible. Take care.

It is the pain due to infection, of intestines, which also caused diarrhea.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I also advise you to avoid spices, junk foods, oily foods, and nonvegetarian foods.
