Severe Constipation Due To A Bend In The Intestine. Sever Gas Problem, Abdominal Pain. Treatment?

Hello,
I have a bowel problem.
I live in Australia and I am a student that came here from Cyprus, where I was diagnosed with a small bend in my large intestine, that made the waste stay longer in my bowels, making me almost constantly constipated. I have been prescribed a bunch of medicines and I left them back in Cyprus, unfortunately for me :(
Right now I have a have deterioration of all the symptoms I previously endured, which by the way led me to the hospital on several occasions.
To summarize, I don't remember the last time haven't been constipated, probably 3-4 months ago, or something like that, which is terrible, to say the least. My stool is every 3'rd day, while having 3 meals per day(ample meals) and regular exercising for 2-3 hours per day. I eat a lot of soups and drink a lot of water/tea, but it doesn't help at all :(
I am passing gases every 1-2 minutes all the time, and I am not exaggerating, ALL the time. It makes my life living hell. I can't sit normally on the chair, because of the atrocious smell that cling to it instantly. I can't study in the public places (in my uni) because if I am there for more that 1.30 hours, the air surrounding me is poisoned with this horrid stench, making me wan't to throw up.
I am having a short bouts of stom-ache every now and again and recently got heartburn. That plagues me for 3-4 hours on end. As mentioned before I used to get into hospital 3 times within few months with acute lower abdominal pain. Thankfully it's not that acute now.
I think I described all the symptoms I have so far. As I said I am a student and I don't know where to go or what to do about it . And yes I have health cover here, which I got as a student.
I do not wan't to let it deteriorate any further, I am really worried right now and I hope you can help me.

Yours Faithfully,
George

Hi ! You have not mentioned of the investigation done to diagnose a bend in your large intestine. Whatever it is, it is good that you do not have any obstructive features. I would suggest you to go for a high fibre diet, along with a lot of liquids. Honey is a good natural laxative, and you can continue with it. If the problem persists, you can consult a gastro enterologist for further management and follow ups.
Wishing you an early recovery.
