Severe Bloating, Better With Urination. Have Endometriosis. History Of Surgery. Need Of Another Surgery?
i have endometriosis. It has been nearly 2 years since my surgery. Does it cause bloating at night? I have to get up 4 times a night and feel so bloated. After I urinate, it eases a little and I try to sleep for another hour or so. I'm so exhausted. Not sure when I need the surgery again....the pain isn't as bad YET as it was daily pre-surgery before, but I don't want to wait too long...sigh...
The main problem with endometriosis is that it triggers an inflammation. This inflammation causes many adhesions in the abdominal cavity. Adhesions can cause bowels obstruction which are most likely giving you pain and bloating. Another surgery might be necessary indeed. But before any decision, you should get proper diagnostics. To do that, abdominal CT with oral contrast(enteroclysis) should be done.
Hope this will help. Regards.
