OBGYN 's  Response
hello there
Since you have history of pulmonary embolism and on treatment with lovenox, developing sympotoms of chest pain and shortness of breath despite medication is alarming.
I suggest you meet your physician at the earliest for re evaluation and also see your gynecologist.
At 32weeks maximum cardiovascular changes occur in pregnancy and so it might be that your lovenox dose is now being inadequate as per your requirements or a fresh site of embolism is developing.

take care

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. As you are describing you are suffering with gastric hyper acidity. The vague pains may be secondary to growing foetus . I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may have to undergo gastroscopy besides other routine tests for confermation.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking spices, chillies, junk foods, and oily foods. potato, other tubers, tomato, coconut, cauli flower, sea foods to avoid vague pains.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, egg, milk, fruits , juices, and dry fruits to provide enough nutrition, to mother and child and relief of vague pains. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
