Severe Abdominal Cramping With Diarrhea, Mucus In Stools, Palpitations, Have Diverticulitis. What Can Help Me?

I've been having severe abdominal cramping with diarrhea, which is now down to occasional mucous stools, slightly blood tinged. I'm in my third day of bed rest with practically no food. Even water causes the cramps to get worse. I'm not bloated and no pains on palpations. I get chills, but no fever. I do have diverticulosis and had a bout of diverticulitis last year which resolved itself. I start to feel better so I move about and the cramps come back. I feel so debilitated. I have no health insurance and no income at this time. I can't afford to go to an urgent care. I went last year when I had insurance, and no one did anything for me except give me advice. So, I'm not wasting my money, which I need to pay the bills. Can you help? Diana
