Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests that there is infection and you need antibiotics for it.You should consult your doctor. Normally semen doesn't contain any pus cells, but in your case it is 8-10/hpf.So,it indicates infective etiology.

Volume is semen is normal.
Viscosity and colour is also normal.
PH is also normal.
Motility is also normal. Normal limit is 50% and in your case it is exactly 50% (including sluggish ones).
Sperm count is also normal.
Some deformed sperm morphology is acceptable. Normally more than 30% should have normal shape.
Get well soon.

Take Care
