Semen analysis done for motile, sluggish, not motile. Is this normal? How to increase the mortility?

I have undergone through semen analysis yesterday and the results are count is 30 million/ml mortile 5% forward, 35% slugish and 60% are not mortile please suggest me is this normal or not. if not how to increase the mortility?
