Hello and welcome to HCM, The analysis of ultrasonography of the pelvis is as follows: The uterus is normal in position but is slightly enlarged. This enlargement is due to inflammation of the uterine cavity or due to changes of pregnancy. However, this pregnancy could not continue or could not progress further. There is a lesion within the posterior wall of the uterus. According to its radiological features, it appears to be due to fibroid. Fibroid is a benign growth of myometrium measuring 2 x 2 cm. Fibroid of this size usually remain asymptomatic.
