Scan Shows Uterine Myoma, Endometritis, No Cyesis. Early Pregnancy Failure Is A Differential. Meaning?

Dear Doctor, l did a scan and the result says moderately bulky, non-gravid and anteverted uterus measuring about 57mm in the widest AP diameter with heterogeneous myometrial echopattern. The uterine outline is consistent and regular. No retained products of conception noted. There is significant echofree collection seen within the endometrial cavity with significant probe tenderness. Above sonographic appearance are suggestive of Endometritis. Early pregnancy failure is a differential. Noted within the posterior wall of the uterus is an echopenic solid mass lesion measuring about 22mm * 20mm in dimension suggestive of uterus and myoma (Intramural/small sized). Both adnexae and cul-de-sac is free
IMPRESSION:
NO CYESIS
UTERINE MYOMA (INTRAMURAL/SMALL SIZED
ENDOMETRITIS
EARLY PREGNANCY FAILURE IS S DIFFERENTIAL

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The analysis of ultrasonography of the pelvis is as follows:
The uterus is normal in position but is slightly enlarged.
This enlargement is due to inflammation of the uterine cavity or due to changes of pregnancy.
However, this pregnancy could not continue or could not progress further.
There is a lesion within the posterior wall of the uterus.
According to its radiological features, it appears to be due to fibroid. Fibroid is a benign growth of myometrium measuring 2 x 2 cm.
Fibroid of this size usually remain asymptomatic.
