HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The uterus is made up of 3 layers- the perimetrium- the outer layer, the myometrium- the muscle layer just inside perimetrium and the endometrium- the inner layer.

Intramural (within the walls), myoma (fibroid- this form within the muscle part of the uterus)- Small fibroid seen within the walls.

Endometritis- inflammation of the inner layer of the uterus

A mass is seen in the left side (left adnexal mass).
According to the report, may be an abscess (collection of pus) of the ovary or a chocolate cyst

A chocolate cyst is an endometrioma. This is a type of cyst formed by endometrial tissue (tissue from the inner lining of the uterus) goes to the ovaries and forms a cyst.

A cyst was also seen in the right ovary

I hope this helps
