Scan Done. What Does The Findings Mean? Advice?

Clinical history. Swelling and lump in lateral aspect of thigh.
MRI findings "small focal area of streaky altered subcutaneous fat plane in upper lateral part of thigh. Lesion is hypointense on T1w and hyperintense on T2w. No well defined focal collection. Underlying muscles and intermuscular fat planes appear unremarkable" What does that mean?
