Scalp Pain In Certain Areas, Hair Loss. Advise ?

Hi doctor, since last 6 months I have been getting scalp Pain . Its not the full area of the scalp. but only in certain parts of the scalp.I wash my hair every 2 days cos of Hair loss .The very first day day of hair wash, the pain goes ,the next day it starts again.Sometimes if i dont wash my hair for more than 2 days then the pain is very severe in the scalp. Please advise why it is happening.

Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The problem may be due to local boils at the hair roots which you are unable to feel.
You may also be having lice infection, the larvae tend to bite and cause inflammatory reaction which can be painful.
You should get a local examination by a physician and if require get investigated.
