Scabs On Lower Lip, Upper Chest, Legs. What Could It Be?

I have two scabs that have appeared on my lower lip . I thought they may be cold sores coming, but no. They were slightly inflamed. They have been there for a week...they scabs are still the same, they are no longer inflamed. I have two more on my upper chest , one quite big (half a cm) with a red circle around them; also a few here and there on my legs. Could this be age? I am 64.

Take short course of antibiotics with anti inflammatory drugs, and immunobusters. Take healthy food, take good sleep and be cheerful. I hope you will be alright.
