hello, in winter season i have problem of running nose congestion and some times itchiness in my nose . yesterday i bought Rino clenil spray which i used very carefully . i am not sure how many times i have to spray in a day . i felt good after i used

Hi and thanks for the query,
Looks like you have allergic rhinitis,
You will get relief with oralor local steroid, nasal decongestants, oral or local anti histamines.
I am not aware of the contents of rino clenil, forgive me.
Do not self medicate, it can be dangerous.
