Ringing Noise In Ear, Nausea, Headache, Fever

i have had this ringing noise in my ear that rhymes with my pulse . its just in my right ear and its quite distracting. the second issue i have is about these monthly flu symptoms around the time of my period. it comes with nausea , headaches and fever with chills. i am 35 years old and i have 2 kids. never had this issues before and they just started suddenly this at the start of this year. the ringing has been going on in my ears for at least 2 years`1

you need check up by an E.N.T Surgeon to rule out high jugular bulb, internal carotid artery aneurism. you may need to have CT Scan to concentrate in CP Angle to rule out above mentioned pathology
