Hi Dear .

As per your query you are suffering from problem like ringing in ar ,which is also known as tinnitus and vertigo after wax removal , you also had previous ear surgery . Well sometimes infection occur after small procedures like wax removal due to contaminated instruments or due to traume which can cause such symptoms . There can be other reasons also like meniere's disease , local or generalized alteration in blood pressure , inner ear infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist again for proper diagnosis . Doctor will examine with otoscope , order CT scan , hearing loss tests and MRI . Doctor may prescrine antibiotics at least for 10 daya , anti inflammatory , hearing aid , anti emetic drugs and supplement like ginkgo biloba . Doctor may also consider surgery if there is any defect .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
