Report Showed High Pressure In Right Ear. Having Buzzing Noise. Suggest

I recently had a hearing and pressure tests done, the pressure in my right ear was very high, infact it went off the scale, what could this signify. I'm 52 year old female, the test also showed some hearing loss but oddly it was worse in my left ear although I had never really noticed much change I put most things down to my age. Also I have a buzzing noise in my right ear which is very random, it will come and go for no reason.

Hello,
\You need to see that you do not have nasal symptoms like nasal blockage and discharge if it is there you need to get it checked and treated as there is a eustachian tube connecting middle part of ear and back of nose , which is important for pressure equalisation in the ears .
You can take oral and nasal decongestants after consulting your doctor. and if there is pain then you may also need antibiotics.
This problem takes nearly 10 days to settle so do not worry.
