Removed 6 Inches Of Large Colon. Have Tiredness, Low On Iron, Potassium, Low BP, Blood Sugar, Blood In Stool

I had all but 6 inches of my large colon removed it was twisted and lodged in chest , they said it was so big they coulds have named it. Ifelt better fot about the first 6 months and now I am tired all the time, low on iron , low BP, low blood sugar, low potassium, B12, D3, I am sure their aare more, but Im so tired and sick that I spend most of my time in bed. Now the past few days I have been noticing red blood in my stools and on tissue, and it comes and goes but more blood each time.
