my foots are burning so what medicines I have to take to get out from this

The symptom you are having is probably due to peripheral neuropathy which is one of the commonest complication of diabetes. Also you can have a sensation of pins and needles called Paraesthesia and temperature insensitivity.
The best first line of treatment is by Multivitamins and if not getting down then you may have to be put on steroids
