Redness, Stinging Face After Using Effaclar Soap. How To Get Rid Of This Inconvenience?
Hi I have a used a Rohe product called effaclar soap.. I used it three times and nothing happened but when I used it for the fourth time my face became very red and started to sting as if it were burning.. this was about a month ago and the redness has not gone yet what do I do to get rid of this inconveniente redness on my face?
Hi, it appears that the allergen causing this allergy might not have been with drawn, probably you are still using the soap, or it might not be the cause of the allergy, and still you are continuing the allergen, avoid using the things you are using regularly, one by one and observe and stopping using the thing you find is allergic. Consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
Effaclar is soap free, alcohol free, paraben free cleanser for sensitive skin. So this might not be the cause as the redness is still persisting even after stopping it a month back.
However, to treat the redness You may apply a mild steroid cream on face twice a day for a week to ten days Avoid using any cosmetics on face. Apply a calamine lotion on face. Wash your face with cool water with a mild cleanser which you have used earlier.
It redness does not decrease with this in a week, you may contact a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Hope this helps you.
