Hello,
It seems from the history that you are sufferring from redness and sharp pain in the eyes and after examination you were prescribed steroid eye drops. I think you are diagnosed with Episceleritis or scleritis.
The treatment of the condition is to control the inflammation by using steroid eye drops. Since you have to wait for one day as it is out of stock at your pharmacist, you can use oral antiinflammatory drugs like Diclofenac and antiinflammatory eye drops to control the inflammation.
Thank you
