Question: Hi doctor, i am a patient of ankylodsing spondylysis and iritis in both eyes from 2012. From December 2015, i countered glaucoma, iritis and cataract in RE , also i had iritis, cataract in my LE from 2012. I havee been using saaz 1 gm for 4 years now, of late i find redness in my eye and little finger knuckle pain if i use saaz 1 gm.... if i use 500 mg there is no such symptoms.

If you are more comfortable with saaz 500 then it should be good for you.Glaucoma needs specific medication to control intra ocular pressure.Cataract in such situations is called complicated cataract and needs surgery when hampering vision.
