Reddish Painful Bumps On The Anus. Need To Get Checked?

Over the past several months I have had a series of large red bumps, one or two at a time, that are very sore on the bottom of my rear, near my anus. They are painful and annoying but I passed them off as acne or bumps from sweat from working out. Now I have one that is large, black, very painful, and very soft, like it is filled with fluid. How concerning is this, and at what point should I see a doctor?

Hi,
It seems that you are having piles.

It is also known as haemorrhoids.

There are two types.
Internal and external.
In your case ,it is external type.

Diet has a pivotal role in causing - and preventing - haemorrhoids. People who consistently eat a high-fibre diet are less likely to get haemorrhoids, but those who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at greater risk of haemorrhoids.

A low-fibre diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to haemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet and it also aggravates the haemorrhoids by producing hard stools that further irritate the swollen veins.

Take sitz bath.. Keep lower part of trunk in tub containing luke warm water with dettol liquid.
Keep the motion regular.

Injestion of sclerosing agent,Banding, cautery, coagulation and surgery are the methods of treatment.

In your case, this is right time to approach the surgeon for perfect treatment.ok

I hope you might be satisfied with my answer.

Wishing you fast recovery.
