Red Spots On Penis Head, Looks Like Ulcer. What Could It Be?
Hello, I am 16 years of age with a girlfriend who I love to bits and two days ago I noticed a red spot with a white middle on my penis head which looks like an ulcer it don't hurt when it's just sat in my pants but when I touch the red spot to look at it it hurts, me and my girlfriend are both clean of any diseases because we lost our virginity to each other, I am just wondering what it could be because I'm worrying about it!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what s called as Balanitis may be due to unprotected sex.or rough sexual encounter.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with topical antibiotic ointment for local application.
Observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the genitals with warm water twice daily.
Avoid any sexual activity till it heals up completely.
