Red Sores On The Shaft Of Penis After Unprotected Sex, Painful To Retract. What Treatment To Use ?
Hello, I had unprotected sex with a girl I met on Tuesday this week and Yesterday morning a red sore appeared on the shaft of my penis. It is red raw and quite painful, particularly itchy in the mornings too. I have been applying anti bacterial cream 3 times a day to try and stop it getting infected. It is quite small but it is very painful to retract the foreskin back because it is very tight. I was wondering if you could diagnose this for me and recommend what treatment I should use. Thank you.

Since you had unprotected sex and developed painful red sore , you may be suffering with CHANCROID.
yOU should wash with soapwater daily twice . take tab AZITHROMYCIN 500 mg single dose for three days + cap Doxycycline 100 mg once aday for five days.
