Red Bumps On Head Of Penis Risen With Dot On Each. On Treatment For Jock Itch. Have Bugs At Home, Herpes Type 1. Sexually Active. Possible Herpes?

I am treating jock itch and had to sleep naked to not constrict my body. I went to sleep and woke up, nothing. Then i went back to sleep for about 1 hour and i woke up with two red bumps on the head of my penis not more than a tenth of an inch apart. they just seemed red, then after a day they are risen with a dot on each like a bug bite. I'm surrounded by bugs where i'm staying. I have herpes type 1. I am sexually active. I have pictures, can you tell me if this is herpes?

Please consult qualified dermatologist for clinical examination and further treatment.
You may need to take long term treatment of antiviral drugs like Acyclovir. .Herpes infection is not cured permanently, relapses and recurrence is known to occur.
