Red Bump Under Nostril, Bleeds On Blowing Nose, Scratching. Treatment Options?

I have this red little bump just under my nostril and it has been there for about 5 months. It easily bleeds when I blow my nose , or accidentally scratch it. When it bleeds, it bleeds quite a lot and for a long time. From the outside it looks as if it is filled with blood inside. Here is a photo of how it looks: WWW.WWWW.WW Many thanks in advance!
