Recurring, Sore, Pimple Like Watery, Dry Breakout On Nose And Face. Possible Allergic Reaction To Something?

hi, there I am am 60 - for last 2-3 months have had break out on one side of nose and onto face -- small pimple like yet more watery than puss - and they are sore. Get king of dry and go away after 2-3 days -- then more appear - thought I was allergic to something but don't think so -- have tried to eliminate many things that I eat / dring consistently --- like almonds, wine, .....what are the various things that could be causing this?

Looks like you are having infections and then its coming down. It doesn't seem allergic in nature. Are you in immunocompromised state? Are you a diabetic? If no then you ca take a course of anti biotics like amoxycillin for 5 days and keep your face clean by washing with glycerine. Soaps can be avoided and stop using oily moisturiser on face.

it seems to be some kind of infection

is it painful?

does it leave scar?

i advise you to consult a dermatologist for proper clinical examination

donot use any commercial creams or moisturizers

take a course of antibiotic after consulting your doctor

you can apply local antibiotic cream after consulting your doctor

donot scratch them
