Pilonidal sinuses may recur with any kind of management. most basic thing to prevent the recurrence is to maintain good hyegiene at the affected area.
Drink plenty of water, and eat fresh fruits and leafy vegetables.
As far as another surgery is concerened it should be decided by the degree of discomfort patient is having, sign, and symptoms of the patient and examination of affected area.
Regarding other management one can expect good recovery and delayed recurrence with homoeopathy.
Constitututional Homoeopathic Treatment can give her more lasting relief especially in pain, discharge, and recurrence.
wishing your sister good health..
