Recurring Headache, Fever, Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination, Acidity. What Could Be This?

im not feeling well! i have a headache that comes and goes,fever that is fluckuating>99.3 to 101.8/today yesterday was 100.1 to 102.5 back and forth chills, lower back pain on the left side. feels like strained kidney, peeing alot and gasy in the stomach area sweating! i am a 46 year old female. please help me with an answer thank you for your time.

Hi thanks for using HCM
Fever with chills and increased frequency of urination could be due to urinary tract infection,
Better to get urine routine and urine culture test done, ultrasound abdomen for KUB region for any stones.
You need to take antibiotic treatment for infection.
If urine tests are normal get peripheral smear for malarial parasite.
Consult your doctor for examination.
