Welcome to HCM!

On reading your question, I can say from my clinical experince that you have recurring headaches, fluctuating in severity but constant from past few days.

You have not mentioned your age, and of you are suffering from hypertension or not. If you are hypertensive this can be related to either low/ or high BP, so you need to check the same and possibly revise medicine.

If not hypertensive and there is no other illness, then it is simple case of headache, may be migrane( the details in question are not enough to make exact diagnosis of migraine).

Had I been treating you I would put you on some pain killer , like amlotryptan , may be in a dose of 6.25mg, one to two times a day. Along with that, I have found that patients benefit with an antacid and antiemetic, like : ondansetron.

if pain is severe, I uaually go for a shot of diclofenac sodium with perinorm for immediate relief. Once an injectable is given the pain is less likely to increase to such level or come soon.

Do not worry as it is such a common problem, you have not taken any treatment and tolerating the pain that is one of the reason that it is coming again and again. In order to treat headaches successfully one should take medicine and end the episode altogether, then it is less likely to come again easily.

Taking above medicine helps almost all of my patients and get blood pressure checked.

Hope the reply is helpful
