Recurring Anal Fissures. Any Treatment Other Than Surgery?

Hi, I have fissure for last 6 years , it is cured and didnot face any issue for 3 years and not again started.. it will be fne for a month and then if stool is hard it will come back again. i donot want to go for surgery . Any thing which cure it permanent If it is treated in homopathy then will be go enough.. i changed my diet habit.

Welcome to HCM,
Only thing keeps fissure control is avoid constipation.
Take liquid Cremaffin one table spoonful daily at night.
Take plenty of fiber in diet.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
If require you can apply antibiotic cream locally.
