What you are indulging in is called binge drinking and yes it is too much. There is no medically advised amount of alcohol that you need to drink at your age. What is medically recommended daily for you is a glass of milk, a multivitamin and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Also drink at least 2 liters of water per day and have a regular exercise routine. You are still too young to be touching alcohol and are at higher risk of getting addicted to bad habits - so please stay away from alcohol for now.
